This stool is an unfinished piece made from Hawaii grown Italian Cypress.  The wood is solid plank ranging from 1.25″ to 2″ thick.  All fastenings are hidden and plugged.  Joinery is generally rectilinear, but certain corners and edges show elements of surprise.

This piece will be built on order, and will be available only while the supply of cypress lasts.  Scheduling for construction is estimated to take six weeks.

The original Woodshow motto attached to the stool was “Guaranteed to be Goldilocks-proof”.
